If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days from the date of receipt. As a small business we do our best by offering free shipping for outbound orders. However for returns, we deduct $10 from the total refund amount to cover return shipping fees. We also offer the option to make an exchange within that same 30-day period with no shipping fees.
In order to complete the return or exchange the product, please email us at Info@MonarchyEyewear.com to request a return/exchange and return shipping tag. Please return all items plus the form in the original packaging. We will review your return and refund the original payment method or exchange for the desired product.
