Return and Exchange Policy
Monarchy Eyewear believes strongly in the quality of the products it offers. And, customer satisfaction and service is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days from the date of receipt. As a small business we do our best by offering free shipping for outbound orders. However for returns, we deduct $10 from the total refund amount to cover return shipping fees. We also offer the option to make an exchange within that same 30-day period with no shipping fees.
In order to complete the return or exchange the product, please email us at Info@MonarchyEyewear.com to request a return/exchange and return shipping tag. Please return all items plus the form in the original packaging. We will review your return and refund the original payment method or exchange for the desired product. If there is a price difference in the new product exchanged we will notify you and charge accordingly.
If issues experienced with the frame include a manufacturer defect, or an issue resulting from an inherent flaw in the product, Monarchy Eyewear provides a 365-day warranty from the day of purchase. If you feel your product meets these requirements, please email info@MonarchyEyewear.com, explaining the nature of your warranty claim and all necessary details.
Scratched lenses and physical damage are not covered by warranty, as we do not manufacture or sell replacement lenses.
